SHIPPING POLICY
  • All of our products are crafted entirely by hand and this takes time. Please be patient and allow us to finish your order to the high standards we maintain. At busy times, there may be a wait of up to 4 weeks for your items to be dispatched, though we always aim to ship as soon as possible. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

International shipping update

This follows changes in the UK’s trade agreements. Please note, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. The courier company may contact you in advance of delivering your parcel. 

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the costs to you might be. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you place any order with us, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. This applies to website orders and custom commissions.

 

As with all orders, customised pieces are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to pieces where the buyer has selected a personalised stitching colour/leather colour/stamping option. Where refunds are agreed, these may be liable to a 20% restocking fee.

 

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due. We will calculate these on a case by case basis.

  • All shipping time estimates do not include the time needed to make your order. Please be aware that if you purchase an item with next day delivery, this simply means that once completed your order will then be posted using a next day service.

  • We only use full grain, British vegetable-tanned leather. This is the highest quality leather anywhere but please note; this leather shows a range of variations from one piece to the next. This can include (but is not limited to) mosquito bites, scratch marks, stretch marks, dark patches, various small imperfections of the cow hide. We always hand pick the best piece of leather for your product, but please be aware these pieces are not identical. This is part of the charm of full grain leather, and it will age beautifully in a unique way.

 

  • For items with custom initials we will emboss in upper case only and they will appear as noted by the customer. Please make sure you are happy with the initials before submitting your order.

  • For belts which are ordered to a custom length, we will cut the belt to exactly the given length. Should you receive it and it doesn't fit, we will not accept any responsibility and a replacement will be refused. Please ensure you measure from where the leather wraps around the buckle to the most-used eyelet. Simply using the waist size of your trousers will give an incorrect belt size.

REFUND POLICY

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items which have been customised in any way. Ensure you have read the proper sizing instructions for belts and double checked any custom-embossing requests before purchasing.

Where a return has been agreed, all returned items must be sent back to us in an unused, undamaged condition, and in their original packaging. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, and they should obtain proof of posting for the returned parcel. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Should a product ever fail due to faults in workmanship, please contact us by email and we will endeavour to resolve any issues wherever possible.
